Consultation Meeting Outline
1.Â Greet and take to tutoring area.
2.Â Sit down/ open binder containing:
- This outline
- Information packet pages
3.Â Review notes from phone interview.
4.Â Ask questions (use question sheet) and take more notes.
5.Â Decide on a program of one or a combination of the following:
- Study Skills
- Homework Help
6.Â Give the parents a stapled copy of the information packet and go over each page:
- Overview of program
- Scheduling and fee sheet
- Parent questionnaire
- Student questionnaire
- Materials checklist
7.Â Schedule a time
- Times are filling up, but they can have first pick of the ones still available.
8.Â Thank them for coming and let them know you’re looking forward to seeing them on _____________ and ______________ at ________oâ€™clock!
