Tips for tutoring High School Math â€“ In high school students go from learning times tables to playing around with Algebra, Geometry, Pre-calculus and even Calculus. One of the first things youâ€™ll want to do is figure out what your students need help with the most, then move to working on current problems and homework. Tips for tutoring Grade School Science â€“ I think one of the most important things with grade school science is to get students excited about it. Â As youâ€™re tutoring Junior High students let them know if they learn the content well, they will never have to learn it again. And they will see it again.
