We get comments from time to time from folks that want to grow their tutor business. We started on Monday and for a few weeks we’ll be working on sending you some tips to help you grow your business. If you’re just starting out these will be some great tips too.
We started the series on Monday – so here are 3 posts you’ll want to make sure you check out before you begin working on this step.
How to grow / improve your Tutor Business
Improving your tutor business – making a client spreadsheet
Improving your Tutor Business – Part 3
Your business pulse – with worksheet
Some people in business never take time to actually figure out where their business is at, how it compared to last year, and how you can do some simple things to improve your bottom line. You don’t want to be like that.
We want to work on creating a spreadsheet that we’ll be able to use to figure some of those things out. Yes it will take some time to gather your information, but it will be time well spent.
We’ll be working on creating a video that will explain how to do each step. We should have that video up for you on Monday. You can check out our blog / facebook for the video. Below we’ve given you some instructions on exactly how to fill out the spreadsheet.
We have two spreadsheets below. One is a blank spreadsheet – business pulse. The other is one we’ve filled out, to give you some guidance – business pulse example.
Here is the blank spreadsheet
Here is the sample spreadsheet
