One thing you will want to make sure you do, no matter what, ask people how they found you. Ask them where exactly they found you. Do this during the initial phone conversation with them. You’ll also want to work on creating a file for everyone starting at the time they call you. We’ll work on telling you exactly what to put in the file next time.
