Hope your week is going well. This week has been one of putting out fires. Have you ever had a week when things weren’t going so well for your business? That’s been this week for me. I have many different businesses; one of them is focused on domains and hosting. This week I’ve been dealing with a hosting company and I’m about ready to pull my hair out. It’s a cloud hosting company, one of those you use when your client gets hundreds of thousands of hits a day.
So how is your customer support? If you only have a few students then everything is probably going well. What if your company has a hundred students? How do you keep everyone happy?
